Will I receive my orders in one package?

We want you to love your personalized necklace as much as we do and we are always bummed when that’s not the case. 
Personalized custom necklace, if it is not a letter or picture error, we do not accept return or refund.If it is ordinary jewelry, we’ll take it back! Simply return or exchanged the unworn item within 30 days of delivery. For more details, please check our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay for my country custom fee?

If you purchase a product over $500, most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit the Duty Calculator here to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
