Personalized custom necklace, if it is not a letter or picture error, we do not accept return or refund.If it is ordinary jewelry, we’ll take it back! Simply return or exchanged the unworn item within 30 days of delivery. For more details, please check our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay for my country custom fee?
